HighChem, Ltd. develops software solutions that enable chemists and biologists to process complex analytical data and turn them into answers. We provide integrated systems for the management, classification, prediction and interpretation of mass spectral and chromatographic data. In addition to software development, we create comprehensive libraries of fragmentation knowledge and experimental spectral data to help our customers benefit from the synergy created by the integration of state-of-the-art predictive algorithms and high-quality reference data. We take care not to oversimplify the science, but our goal is to open doors in many different areas of analytical chemistry which were previously the domain of experts. HighChem was founded in 1998 by CEO Robert Mistrik, who developed the initial version of Mass Frontier software. Today, the company relies on its team of highly motivated, talented scientists and software engineers to meet our very ambitious goals. HighChem currently has 4 employees and is based in Bratislava, Slovakia. Since 2008 HighChem is partner in METAcancer consortium, FP7 Collaborative Project on Identification and validation of new breast cancer biomarkers. HighChem CEO Robert Mistrik was elected as member of the Scientific Steering Committee. METAcancer is supported by the European Commission's 7th RTD Framework Program, collaborative Project no. HEALTH-F2-2008-200327. |
