To save one or more spectra from Database Manager:

1. Select record(s) that contain(s) spectrum(spectra) you want to save.
   
   
2. Click on the Save  button in the Database Manager window and select Save Mass Spectra from popup menu item, or choose the File | Save | Spectra menu item.
   
   
3. Select spectra data format in the Files of type: combo box.
   
   
4. Type name and click OK.

Mass Frontier is a 32-bit application, so you can use long names to save structures. You can even save spectra by their actual names (e.g. 1-Amino-2-hydroxyindane.mol).

Tip: When you want to save a spectrum, or a reference to a spectrum, you can copy the name of the compound from Info tab by selecting the name and pressing Ctrl-C. The name can be pasted to a Save dialog window in the File Name edit box by pressing Ctrl-V.
