MetaBox™ basic metabolic objects comprise chemical structures, reaction arrows, figures, formatted text, and geometric shapes. The properties of an object, reaction or entire pathway can be dynamically created and edited to meet the individual needs of metabolomic (metabonomic) applications. Object definitions are stored in easily accessible external XML files. Object properties are fully searchable using Boolean operators.
