Following on from recent advances in Mass Spectrometry, our mission is to provide software solutions enabling advanced data processing, spectra interpretation and genuine structure elucidation. At HighChem, we are building proprietary software platforms that cover a broad range of mass spectrometric and chromatographic techniques in the small molecule area.
Mass Frontier, our flagship software, has been licensed to more than seven hundred laboratories and research facilities around the world and has become one of the most highly regarded data processing tools within the mass spectrometric community. We realized the necessity for creating reference libraries to help our customers deal with real life data and complex chemical processes. We are continuously building
reference libraries of tandem spectra and collating fragmentation mechanisms from published
decomposition pathways in peer-reviewed journals.
For today’s emerging life science technologies, mass spectrometry has become the method of choice for the compositional, quantitative and differential analysis of low and high molecular species. Building on our expertise in structural work, we are now broadening our focus to develop comprehensive
bioinformatics systems that combine an analytical platform with modern database technology, advanced predictive algorithms and full-featured graphical interfaces. In addition to our software and libraries development, we are exploring the possibilities of expanding our research to include the challenging field of the identification and spectral characterization of the
human metabolome.
